To sign up for BOCS’s low cost pizza franchise in India you will have to pay Rs.2,00,000/- and sign the LOI (Letter of Intent ). This will reserve the location and we will not entertain anyone further for that location.
After the LOI is signed and once the partner has identified the location, the brand will start the interiors and order the kitchen equipment. The Franchise partner has to only plan for the launch day, the rest of the things will be handled by the brand.
The basic guideline is that the store has to be on the ground floor, with good visibility ( above 12 ft ), should be in a prime location with a good walk-in crowd, preferably in the clusters where there are other restaurants or in an upmarket area.
