In terms of the business model (especially post covid), this is a disruptive business model with least capital and least operational cost, ensuring high margins. This is a sustainable and scalable chain of pizza QSR which is future ready.

Yes it’s a Fresh Pizza. We use fresh ingredients to make pizzas.

We have something called POD ( Pizza of the day ) where every day one pizza is sold at only Rs. 129/- for veg and Rs.149/- for n.veg . This POD is very unique and this will drive customers into the Restaurant/store. Also we have some killer addons and deals to increase the AOV (average order value).

You will have to pay Rs.2,00,000/- and sign the LOI (Letter of Intent ) , this will reserve the location and we will not entertain anyone further for that location.

After the LOI is signed and once the partner has identified the location, the brand will start the interiors and order the kitchen equipment. The Franchise partner has to only plan for the launch day, rest of the things will be handled by the brand.

The basic guideline is that the store has to be on the ground floor, with good visibility ( above 12 ft ), should be in a prime location with a good walk-in crowd, preferably in the clusters where there are other restaurants or in an upmarket area.

Franchise partner directly or by a manager recruited by the franchise partner will operate the store.

 

Yes. We will also provide all the SOP’s, Frameworks and guidelines required to run the store.

Pizza as a business has the highest gross margins (which is the highest in the Industry ) and we have contained the food cost and packaging under 40% . So you are left with 60% gross margins.

With enough research and knowledge , we have arrived at the best pricing and discounts. However we respect the local dynamics and we are willing to listen to the partners and can do customized pricing only if market demands. Alternatively this can be handled with discounts as well. Pizza as a product is aspirational and is made with high quality ingredients, hence we should not give the perception that it’s cheaper.

Yes we have. However we recommend you to go for a physical store for better visibility, margins and profitability.

We will do marketing on multiple levels. We will assist our franchises in increasing customer satisfaction, increasing repeat customers, increasing visibility, increasing loyalty and thus increasing the customer lifetime value . The whole of Digital marketing and Technology transformation is handled by the brand.

We will give you POS. Apart from that we are working on an omni-channel ordering platform for customers to order from web and mobile apps ( expected to go live in 2 months).

Ideal size is 800sq ft . However anything above 400 sq ft is good enough to start with.

For smaller cities and towns we are looking at only one store. In big cities based on the demography we may look at several stores, but we will make sure the new store is not cannibalising the existing stores, by ensuring a minimal radial distance of at least 3 to 5 kms. We will also inform the existing partners and ensure this is done with none at loss but the overall brand visibility and awareness is increased.

No. There is no % Royalty on the sales. However we charge a brand management fee of Rs.15,000/- every month to be able to provide digital marketing ,technology, to increase brand awareness, omnichannel ordering platform, training and product innovation.

LOI is letter of intent . This is an agreement which is signed with Rs.2,00,000/- or what ever be the amount agreed by the brand as confirmation to move forward for the franchise Agreement. This is to firm up the commitment from the brand and franchise partner to work together to setup a store for specific location. The Franchise fee and LOI fee is non-refundable deposits to take the brand licenses for a store or region.

The Franchise fee is a Non-refundable deposit paid for take the brand license of BOCS Pizza for a agreed term.
